The Small House Family: One Bathroom Life
http://www.thesmallhousefamily.com/2016/05/one-bathroom-life.html
The Small House Family. A homeschooling family of six making it work in 900 square feet. The Small House Store. Wednesday, May 4, 2016. Doesn't two bathrooms seem like a total luxury? It really is. Because I don't know about you, but my family doesn't actually spend much time in the bathroom. So price/square foot really does make two a luxury. I once got a quote for adding a bathroom onto my house and it was $30,000. So that two people could pee at the same time. Still think it's not a luxury?

Taylor Made: September 2012
http://jamesandnatalietaylor.blogspot.com/2012_09_01_archive.html
Sunday, September 30, 2012. On Saturday Becky and I took the kids on a much anticipated hike up to the Y. The older three kids have been asking and asking to do this for over a year, Candace and Joshua even longer. Here is the group at the trail head. Any rock we found, the kids loved to stop and sit on them. Luke was quite the trooper. He walked about half of the way up. Aunt Becky. She helped so much. We never could have made it without her. She carried Luke a huge portion of the hike. The tiny dot in ...

Macdonald Family - Building Something Eternal
http://mythankfullist.blogspot.com/2012/03/we-love-mormon-channel-around-here.html
Thursday, March 8, 2012. We LOVE the mormon channel around here. The other day when I was looking around the website, I heard something from Sister Beck that will stick with me forever. She said that her mother would say to her children, "1234", and they knew what that meant:. 1 - Get out of bed and onto your knees to pray. 2 - Make your bed (so you won't be tempted to get back in). 3 - Read the scriptures (even for just a minute). 4 - Get dressed and ready for the day. That is so sweet!

Macdonald Family - Building Something Eternal: Chore Charts
http://mythankfullist.blogspot.com/2012/02/chore-charts.html
Saturday, February 25, 2012. Here are the chore charts I made for the kids. They get a point for every circle that they complete and then they can earn rewards for getting a certain number of points. We change the colors on the chart every week to mix things up. I modify the chores a little every week too. The number in the top corner shows how many points they earn. So far it's working out great. You put a lot of effort into those and they look impressive! February 25, 2012 at 9:19 PM. Subscribe to: Pos...

The Small House Family: January 2016
http://www.thesmallhousefamily.com/2016_01_01_archive.html
The Small House Family. A homeschooling family of six making it work in 900 square feet. The Small House Store. Sunday, January 31, 2016. Remember when people used to blog? I've been thinking about this post for months. We had the opportunity to buy a bigger house, like double the size bigger house. Isn't that what we all deep down want? Wouldn't it make things so much easier if we just had more space? And we could have our American Dream. But the more we looked, the less we liked. So I've been spending ...

The Small House Family. A homeschooling family of six making it work in 900 square feet. The Small House Store. Sunday, July 28, 2013. I have been going into the mountains a lot lately. I went the last two weekends and I'm going again this weekend. I just feel like there's too much going on around me. Too much noise. Too much busy. Too much entertainment. Speaking of back to life). Totally off topic side note:. You know how Igloo got really into zombies 10 years ago, but now they're mainstream? So I've b...

The Small House Family. A homeschooling family of six making it work in 900 square feet. The Small House Store. Wednesday, September 25, 2013. I just diagnosed myself with this. I also made it up. I give you permission to do the same. There's this thing about Mormons. We believe in meetings, all that have been scheduled, all that are now scheduled. And we believe that there will be scheduled many great and important meetings pertaining to the kingdom of God. But it should be. Yep They're still going.".
