Three good things that have happened in my life today. Smooth, early and home. 1 Despite fears of dreadful traffic on ‘quinze aout’, the drive is fine, aided somewhat by Fearne Cotton’s* happy mix on Spotify. 2 We arrive two hours early at the port and the lovely man at check in lets us get on an earlier ferry.
