http://teamshadd.blogspot.com/2011/04/lot-can-happen-in-7-months.html
An incredible work in progress. Sunday, April 17, 2011. A Lot Can Happen In 7 Months. So I’ve been a bit lax in updating the blog lately…. I think that it is because there have been so many changes in our lives these past few months that it’s been a bit overwhelming! After 10 years at the same church we made the decision to part ways. Several events happened that made it glaringly clear in our eyes that we were to move on. This is not really very fun. You know the run down…. We stayed at a fabulous hotel...

Marci's Family: October 2008
http://teamshadd.blogspot.com/2008_10_01_archive.html
An incredible work in progress. Wednesday, October 8, 2008. The crunch of fallen gold leaves beneath your feet… the smoky aroma of yard trimmings burning on a crisp morning… the warmth of a chunky knit sweater as you sit on a sandy beach, watching the sunset… I love every vibrant splash of oranges, yellows and spicy reds of that consume our northern hemisphere between the September equinox and the December solstice. Bring on the beauty! A few survived the computer as you can see below. On the Monday befo...

An incredible work in progress. Monday, October 19, 2009. It has been soooooo long since I have updated this blog! I am not going to try to play catch up or else I would be totally overwhelmed! Things are going well here at the Shadd household. We finally broke ground on our new home! It is going to be a totally slow process, but of course, well worth the wait! The business is doing well and I'm doing the "Happy Happy Joy Joy" dance because I don't have to work in the office anymore! These are a few of m...

An incredible work in progress. Saturday, April 18, 2009. So, you might be wondering what we’ve been doing the past few months… and heaven knows that I’m lousy about updating this blog so I’m going to attach a few photos…. I threw a baby shower for my cousin Bobbie. I threw a bridal shower for my cousin Lynsey. We celebrated Jeren's (My brother Jeremy's son.) 6th birthday. This gorgeous coastal area was an incredible place to hike, play on the beach and to just sit, enjoying the magnificent views. I had ...

Marci's Family: June 2008
http://teamshadd.blogspot.com/2008_06_01_archive.html
An incredible work in progress. Wednesday, June 25, 2008. We finally made it to West Yellowstone, Montana! The drive wasn't so very bad because the scenery in Montana is incredible! We also saw several wild goats, elk, a couple of black bears, a fox and an eagle in her nest. It was rather incredible! The scenery was so different from one corner of the park to the other! Hayden checks out the topography of a burned out section of the park. Hows that for timing? Here's a quick pic! So I took about 200 phot...

Marci's Family: November 2008
http://teamshadd.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html
An incredible work in progress. Friday, November 28, 2008. What a crazy, busy month of November it has been! It started off with a bit of travel… I recently heard about a church conference to be held in Cleveland, which happens to be very near the home of my great aunt and uncle so I volunteered to jump on a plane to check out the conference as well as my relatives! Besides eating A LOT… we spent the time kite flying, playing in the sand, shopping and just hanging out! Overall, a great trip! About an hou...

Marci's Family: September 2010
http://teamshadd.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
An incredible work in progress. Monday, September 20, 2010. But apparently my sign painting abilities are lacking because my glitter dripped and looked a mess so off we went without any outward expressions of support. The race began at 7:30, specifically upon the Aflac duck quack. not a very impressive quack I must say. The women went out in waves broken down by age groups. the oldest first. KC was in the largest age category and was in the third wave. the wave of green swim caps. You see her don't you?

Marci's Family: May 2009
http://teamshadd.blogspot.com/2009_05_01_archive.html
An incredible work in progress. Wednesday, May 27, 2009. May was yet another busy month for the Shadd family! If you look very closely at the photo there is a huge frog at the left the base, with his head resting near a stick. It was over in a matter of seconds. Porkie sold for $4.00 a pound and we were all jubilant! With May coming to a close this next week, June promises to be a great month! First of all it is my birthday month. and Bailey's too. and that makes it a very important month! The Sound of M...
