Monochrome Gryphon: Campers'Halloween Celebration 2014
http://monochromegryphon.blogspot.com/2014/10/campershalloween-celebration-2014.html
Wednesday, October 29, 2014. Every year I make it a point of visiting Wisconsin's Kohler-Andrae State Park during campers' Halloween weekend. The same people camp every year and decorate their campsites with a mixture of creepy and cute themes. I've found the campers to be creative in their approaches and friendly/proud to have their displays noticed and photographed. Truly a good time is had by all. The photos in this post are a sampling of the sites. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). I'm a retired te...

Jade Gryphon's Nature Walk. Listen to the voice of nature. Tuesday, July 16, 2013. Sheboygan, Wisconsin: Clouds on a Mid-July Evening. Last evening I spent time wandering along Sheboygan's riverfront, heading towards where the Sheboygan River meets Lake Michigan. The air was warm and sultry. The clouds at sunset went through kaleidoscopic changes. The heat and humidity of the day were forgotten as I gawked skyward. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Sheboygan, Wisconsin, United States. Jade Gryphon's Nature Walk: Black River Marsh, Wisconsin "The Smalls"
http://jadegryphonsnaturewalk.blogspot.com/2013/09/black-river-marsh-wisconsin-smalls.html
Jade Gryphon's Nature Walk. Listen to the voice of nature. Wednesday, September 18, 2013. Black River Marsh, Wisconsin "The Smalls". I do have to confess that my resolve to focus on "the Smalls" wasn't 100% successful. As I was about to leave the Marsh a blue heron glided in nearby and stayed while I took a number of shots peering through tall grasses and cat tails. Rule # 1-the natural photographer needs to have flexible objectives. Thanks for visiting. Please feel free to stop by again. I'm a retired t...
