This started out as a place for me to document my weight loss, now that it is not happening, it has become a place for random thoughts, by me. Tuesday, January 26, 2010. I am doing it. Fish I had fish. Here is my plan:. Week 1 and 2 get on a steady work out plan. Week 3 - off sugar - continue to work out. Week 4 - hard core diet. Then keep it all up. So far I am only down a couple of pounds, but I feel good I am getting stronger and this seems to be a good thing. Anywhoo stay tuned and we will see.
