Just another WordPress.com site. Hi, my name is Sarah Tincher. When I started this blog, I was your average 20-year-old college student; and now, I’m a 22-year-old journalist. What makes me different? I have depression, Generalized Anxiety Disorder and ADHD. I was heavily medicated on Lexapro (an SSRI antidepressant), Adderall (a stimulant for ADHD), and Xanax (an anxiolytic). I still take Adderall and Xanax, but, as you can find in the blog, I stopped taking Lexapro a few years ago. S Robert in Ohio.

Just another WordPress.com site. 4 1/2 months later. It really has been a long time since I’ve updated. So, here’s the deal. I’ve been off of my medication (that I was on for almost a year) since the end of June. Overall, I have felt significantly better than I ever have.
