Through the THICK of it. Working towards health and happiness :). Slow and steady wins the race…I think? I lost 2.2 lbs last week! I was happy with that, especially since I went to a wedding the Saturday before. I am not quite down to my lowest since January…but I only have 0.4 to go. I have lost 13 lbs. I went to Atlanta this week with Michael to walk for multiple sclerosis and to visit my family. It was a great time and a much-needed break! I can’t hold myself to that long of a goal. Or can I? It rained and wasn’t the ideal weather but I did it in 1:31:55! I ran all of mile two and most of mile 3 without stopping. When I started training, one minute was killing me!
