Katy and Kin: May 2012
http://katy-n-kin.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
Tuesday, May 22, 2012. I ran for the first time in my life today. I am running a 4 mile race in July so I have to run everyday so I can make sure I finish the race in a okay time. I am so excited. This will be a real turning point for me in my life. No more fear allowed here. I am free from this point on. Wish me luck! Wednesday, May 16, 2012. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Katy and Kin: September 2011
http://katy-n-kin.blogspot.com/2011_09_01_archive.html
Thursday, September 29, 2011. I really don't know. Every sister has their own strengths and their own weaknesses. All of ours really compliment each others. It is so cool that God put us together. He knew that our personalities needed each other. Wednesday, September 14, 2011. Trip to St.Louis 2010. I love this picture. Curtis is not happy when he's hot. Glad I got a picture of it. Ivy loved this mural on the wall. She kept clapping with the crowd. Ivy loved uncle Reza. We stayed the night in Denver and ...

The Tracy's: May 2015
http://renandheiditracy.blogspot.com/2015_05_01_archive.html
Tuesday, May 5, 2015. Today was my due date with the baby boy we lost in October. I remember because in the short 11 wks that I was pregnant, at every appointment someone would remark that it was a fun due date. I also thought it would be cool if I actually delivered on that date because Bear's birthday is 1/1 and mine is 4/4 and this one would be 5/5. We try our best to help her navigate grief - to feel and talk about the loss but also embrace what our family looks like now. Saturday, May 2, 2015.

The Tracy's: September 2014
http://renandheiditracy.blogspot.com/2014_09_01_archive.html
Monday, September 29, 2014. As we were getting ready to leave the discharging nurse pointed to the bag on the open door and enthusiastically said "Don't forget to take your bag of stuff with you! I wanted to hide under the bed and remind her that the all I cared about taking with me was already taken to the morgue hours ago. It's hard to grieve for someone that others have never met. So many people made comparisons to miscarriage and how "those miscarriages are hard." And when they did all I could th...

The Tracy's: October 2014
http://renandheiditracy.blogspot.com/2014_10_01_archive.html
Thursday, October 23, 2014. It's time to play catch up with pictures of Camden from the summer. She's become incredibly helpful lately and wants to help out around the house all of the time. She still loves art. Apparently she also discovered how to take selfies on my phone and with one of her games. My sister and her 3 boys lived next door for nearly 2 months and Cami was in heaven. She played with her cousins every chance she got. We sure do miss them! Sunday, October 19, 2014. I know it all too well n...

The Tracy's: February 2015
http://renandheiditracy.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html
Tuesday, February 17, 2015. But February has been unseasonably warm and it's a welcome change. And the preschooler is keeping us busy. Cami got this chore chart for Christmas and she's doing so well with it! First off, let's take a minute to appreciate the perfectly lined up magnets. She's a girl after my own heart. And I just realized they are in rainbow order (minus pink), I'm not sure that was intentional but I wouldn't be surprised if it is. If she asks for something. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

The Tracy's: New Orleans
http://renandheiditracy.blogspot.com/2015/07/new-orleans.html
Thursday, July 2, 2015. I had the chance to go to New Orleans for a work conference! A handful of staff from my office and more from our project across the state were all able to go so it was fun to have people to sight see with after classes each day. We left very early on a Saturday morning and didn't get back until after midnight on Wednesday. It was the longest I've been away from my little family but it was a lot of fun! Crab cheesecake and peach, Gorgonzola salad. Cafe Du Monde beignets.

The Tracy's: August 2014
http://renandheiditracy.blogspot.com/2014_08_01_archive.html
Saturday, August 23, 2014. Mindy and I took the kids to a local farm/petting zoo. We headed out first thing in the morning before it got too hot. It was a lot of fun! Brecken was the fearless one. He fed all of the animals. Gunnar was a little more cautious. And Aurie preferred most of the animals from a distance. My sister in law sent me some more pictures of Camden camping. I love them! I wanted to make sure to post them so they get in my printed blog book. Thursday, August 14, 2014. This last picture ...

The Tracy's: Memorial Day 2015
http://renandheiditracy.blogspot.com/2015/06/memorial-day-2015.html
Friday, June 5, 2015. We headed to the cemetery for Memorial Day. My mom and Ren's parents joined us and we left Bear's headstone full of color with all of the beautiful flowers. They have a program and BBQ out there so we had lunch while we enjoyed the program. They had a guy speak who was a sentinel at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Arlington cemetery is one of my favorite places that I've visited when I've gone back east so it was very cool to hear him tell stories. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
