I quickly came up with this recipe for South Western Deviled Eggs. And went about enjoying eating hard cooked eggs. Most of you know that I have been training for my RKC ( Russian Kettlebell Challenge. I usually have 3-4 hard cooked eggs a day, and I feel good about it!
