What I ate today…. June 26, 2010 at 1:49 pm · Filed under Uncategorized. My dsl has been going down every night. I have no idea why. But since I post these at night I’ve sorta just not been keeping notes and then forget. As of today, I’ll be sure to at least make a word doc of it and post later. B’fast: Fiber One with cinnamon, peaches, coconut milk. 2 sausage links. Lunch: broccoli and cheese, 1/2 wrap with provolone, ham, and mustard, and sweet pickles. Snack: a couple of pretzel M&Ms. 2 hr pp: 113.

What I ate today…. June 30, 2010 at 1:23 pm · Filed under Uncategorized. B’fast: the usual. Lunch: Um. I don’t remember. Hmmm. I remember there were lots of veggies because I knew I wouldn’t have much with dinner. Hmmmm. Dinner: butter curry chicken with Basmatti rice. 1 hr pp: 137. 2 hr pp: 153. 3 hr pp: 141. Lunch: salad with turkey, cheese, sunflower seeds, lettuce, bell pepper, vinagrette. Snack: jar of peaches. Dinner: chicken breast, eggplant with cheese, 1 roll with butter. Dessert: strawberries, yogurt, chocolate. Gym: lifted free weights and did some machine work, about 45 minutes; walked about an hour. Leave a Reply Cancel reply.
