I don’t even know where to begin. My mind is swimming with various thoughts, processing emotions, swirling with incoming truths to counteract the negative self talk. I am having trouble putting all the thoughts into a coherent structure; of making sense of what I am feeling and thinking. I am having trouble fully believing the truths being spoken into me, but instead finding it easier to believe the negative self talk. Why is it that I can know what I deserve? I am worthy of this level of attention.
