بازدید از چهارطبقه برج در تاریخ 1395/09/19 از ساعت 12:00 به بعد امکان پذیر نمیباشد و بازدیدکنندگان محترم میتوانند فقط بلیت سکوی باز را تهییه نمایند. با توجه به سرعت بالای آسانسور امکان بازدید برای خانم های باردار میسر نمی باشد. امکان استفاده از سکوی دید باز در شرایط جوی نا مساعد میسر نمی باشد. در انتخاب نوع و زمان بلیت دقت نمایید پس از صدور امکان تعویض و یا کنسل کردن وجود ندارد. برای کودکان زیر 6 سال نیازی به تهیه بلیت نیست. برج میلاد تهران در روزهای 1395/09/08، 1395/09/10، 1395/12/12 تعطیل می باشد.
