Yoics-capture.exe runtime error, Image frozen. Yoics Support Forums Forum Index. Joined: 15 Sep 2010. Posted: Wed Sep 15, 2010 6:30 am. Post subject: yoics-capture.exe runtime error, Image frozen. I keep getting an error window when the computer starts, or when I'm adding a camera, and randomly as well. The image in the preview window at localhost:port shows a frame rate changing, but the timestamp does not. If I change the camera's settings, and it has to stop and restart, then it comes back to life.
