Monday, April 30, 2007. I now know the difference of ninja-do and taekwondo. Taekwondo is to injure. Ninja-do is to kill. Hahaha i think its that way lah. So long nv work out, then suddenly today run 2 laps, do stretching etc in jeans. I should workout more. Ninja-do is actually quite nice lah, very similar to taekwondo. a lot of kicking, punching etc. If i gonna stay there, i'll build up muscles. And get heavier. cos muscles are 3x the weight of fat. So maybe by next yr, i'll be so damn bulky. hahhaa.
