Adapted from Smitten Kitchen. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/2 cup milk (any percentage will do). 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 3/4 cup canned pumpkin puree. 2 large eggs plus 1 extra yolk. Ready to eat puddin'.
