Thursday, April 29, 2004. Songwriting and that other thing. I was just on The Violet Burning's website (www.thevioletburning.com) and came across this little quote from modern-day mystic, Mike Pritzl (aka, The Violet Burning):. You know, a song like I See Stars or Slowa those songs, man, they just, they kill me. When we play those songs, they’re really strikingly beautiful. And sometimes for me, I think, God, where did this come from? Long live Jason Martin! Posted by Cameron @ 2:03 AM. God is in the win...

Sunday, March 28, 2004. Passion of the Songwriter. So here I am, 3:30 in the morning, and I've decided to indulge myself and come here to post my current thoughts on. life? Hmm, I'm not sure. Well, I was actually just wondering, as I was brushing my teeth before going to bed (it's strange how many songs and ideas have come to me while brushing my teeth, heck, while in the bathroom period, for that matter (ok ok, enough said, I get it ) , uhh, anyway. I was just wondering what ever happened to me? Time is...

Sunday, November 21, 2004. Opportunity of a lifetime? I just had what can only be described as a bizarre evening. Allow me to explain:. Well, at any rate, that's my story. Opportunity of a lifetime? I think so. Man am I lame. Posted by Cameron @ 1:48 AM. Sunday, November 14, 2004. God is in the little things. Don't get me wrong, I have absolutely no romantic interest in this girl. None. But it was nice the way things came together on that ramp just outside Brentwood station. God is in the little things.

Autiomatica: January 2005
http://cameronfraser.blogspot.com/2005_01_01_archive.html
Monday, January 31, 2005. Yeah, the subject of this one doesn't have much to do with anything other than that I thought that's what Emily said last night when we drove by some building that had a word on it. I don't remember what the word actually was, but apparently a coif is some sort of cap that old English lawyers or nuns wore. Interesting, yes no? I saw one of the coolest coincidental phenomenons (phenomena? No Was it extremely cool to see something like that? Posted by Cameron @ 3:04 AM. I'm broken...

Tuesday, July 06, 2004. Bought that Doves CD, Lost Souls, and I'm currently listening to it. It's good. I can't get enough of the song The Man Who Told Everything. You should definitely check it out. I'm trying not to listen to it too much so that I don't wear it out, but it's proving quite difficult, considering that it's always in my head. Who am I kidding? Posted by Cameron @ 1:06 AM. Vancouver, B.C., Canada. I'm just a small town Saskatchewan boy lost in the big city. View my complete profile.

Sunday, December 19, 2004. And lions and tigers and bears, oh my! What a full weekend I'm having. just got back from the Christmas train in Stanley Park, and it was SUPER! Totally got my train/Christmas fix there, but on top of that I'm going to see Polar Express in 3D tomorrow with Emily from work! Holy crap, does life get any better? PS - Chestnuts taste like roast beef, Yorkshire pudding and apple pie. It's kind of a Willy Wonka thing. Weird. Extremely weird. Posted by Cameron @ 1:51 AM.

Wednesday, March 02, 2005. Open doors - closed doors. Well, I just received word that the job I interviewed for on Monday was given to someone else. How does this make me feel? Well, I'm not sure, to be honest. I suppose I'm a little bummed, in that I'm going to be stuck making the same meagre amount of money as I have been for the last year, but what's new, right? I think not. I'll certainly need His grace and mercy to sustain me where I'm at right now, but He hasn't let me down so far. Whatever.)&#...

Thursday, October 28, 2004. They only come out at night. Then I realized - it's a full moon! Not only that, when I mentioned it to a co-worker, she informed me that it was also a lunar eclipse. That explains it! Stay off the streets ladies and gents. Please, for your own safety. The lunatics are about. Posted by Cameron @ 1:13 AM. Thursday, October 21, 2004. And what is the point of this story? Oh yeah, I had this weird dream last night that Jesse and I robbed a bank in some small town where everyone kne...

Autiomatica: September 2004
http://cameronfraser.blogspot.com/2004_09_01_archive.html
Thursday, September 23, 2004. Mark this one in the books, ladies and gentlemen. After much, much (and I do mean much) stress and sickness, I have COMPLETED all my tracks for the upcoming Bella album. Hallelujah! I'm especially happy because I was able to redo the one vocal track I thought was the weakest, being that for the song "Summer", which I formerly recorded in the midst of my Strep Throat, which seems to have cleared up at last, as of this afternoon. Psalm 18 everybody. That's where I stand. Consi...
