攝影、旅行、美食、紀錄. 自從結婚後，我的體重就不受控制的往上攀升，其實前期還有在運動的情況下，發胖的曲線是平緩的，後來有了小孩加上腰部受傷，停止運動大約一年(說穿了就是懶)，平時吃東西也是沒啥控制，想吃什麼就吃、想喝什麼就喝，完全是爽翻天的吃法.年輕的時候代謝高，可能沒啥影響，現在年紀慢慢增長過度營養的飲食可是會帶來很多慢性病的，這點從我進公司後每年體檢的報告就可以看得出來，最近這兩年的體檢都顯示體重過重(BMI超標)、體脂肪過高、輕度脂肪肝、膽固醇過高，所有的不合格皆指向同一個問題- -太胖！ 下巴是下巴、腰是腰，再抓個頭髮，好歹也可以騙幾個妹XD. 因為越來越胖，越來越不想動，自己騙自己沒時間運動，就這樣放縱自己. 帥照貼完了，接下來要上恐怖貼圖了，膽小者請上一頁，謝謝. 好吧 小弟佩服您的勇氣，圖來也。這張是2009年12月，看起來還頗正常. 2013年2月，這可能是我這輩子最胖的時候(83kg)，連齊齊都露出不屑的臉T T. 回家後心情是沮喪的，不過自己告訴自己只要持續下去一定會進步，正所謂「萬事起頭難」只要繼續堅持相信一定會有成果...當然啦 減肥有沒有成果當然要有相關數據來佐證...
