We normally let Tigh Cilmartin on a 7 day, Saturday to Saturday basis but we also offer 3, 4 and 7 night durations. Mid-week and short break stays are available throughout the year – prices start from 450. So, why not take advantage of these opportunities and enjoy just a short vacation to take in the sights and sounds of Isle of Skye. Is approximately a 5 minute walk from Tigh Cilmartin and sells a range of basic groceries and newspapers. The store is closed on a Sunday. There are two Co-operative. Supermarkets located in and around Portree (15 miles from Staffin) one is located on the outskirts of Portree on the Dunvegan Road (IV51 9HQ) and then there is a small one in Portree on Bank Street (IV51 9DA). They are both open 7 days a week. Opening hours: Monday to Saturday: 8am 10pm, Sunday: 9am 6pm. 44 (0) 1372 363 998.

The Isle of Skye boasts some of the finest restaurants in Scotland, most of which offer wonderfully fresh seafood and boast wild sea views. That some of the restaurants on the Isle of Skye are only open between April and October. We recommend telephoning beforehand to check opening times. Reservations are recommended at all listed restaurants. The nearest restaurant to Tigh Cilmartin is at the Glenview Hotel in Culnacnoc (approx 4 miles away, on the road to Portree).
