Se amesteca untul cu zaharul pudra si laptele praf foarte bine pina se obtine o pasta fina, apoi se pune si nuca de cocos. Se ia din aceasta compozitie cu o lingurita si se fac cu mina Rafaello (forme sferice potrivite). La fiecare Rafaello se pune in mijloc o aluna decojita sau esenta de migdale. Un blog despre mintea mea. Am topit untul pe flacără foarte mică, într-o cratiţă cu fund gros. Cratiţa cu fund gros mă ajută să topesc untul încet, fără să risc să-l ard sau să dea în clocot. Din acelaşi motiv şi focul este foarte foarte mic. Am ales biscuiţii. Integrali, destul de untoşi, vanilaţi. I-am zdrobit cu un mojar, până am obţinut un pesmet omogen pe care l-am amestecat bine cu untul topit. Am pus crema peste primul strat din vasul termorezistent, nivelând-o cu spatele unei linguri.
