Condo prices are some of the lowest on the Grand Strand. Tilghman charges over $1,300 for a week in the summer, we charge $900! Yet we provide most things you will need for the week! We do charge a 10% tax, (North Myrtle Beach, Horry county and South Carolina) and a $95 cleaning fee. Still a bargain! Condo weeks are from Sunday at 4:00pm till Sunday at 11:00am. Prime Time Summer weeks: June 15 - August 15, $900 plus $90 in taxes and $95 for cleaning for total of $1085.
