Welcome to Tilly's Barn. Lake District Holiday Barn. What our Guests Say. You'll spot Tilly's Barn on the Ordnance Survey Map, where it is called Alisongrass Hoghouse, just beyond Stonethwaite Village, in the Langstrath Valley. It was bought in the 40s by Charles Tilly, a keen rock climber who wanted to use it as a base. Generations of visitors started calling it Tilly's Barn and the name has stuck. We've had people returning to the Barn not for years, but for generations! Welcome to Tilly's Barn.
