My musical education started with AM radio as a kid, transitioned into progressive rock in the 80s, and then eventually brought me to jazz and free jazz in the 90s. I studied music at the University of New Hampshire and did a crazy amount of playing and studying during those four years. Post-college, I performed with free jazz band Marsupial Hat.
