I’m sitting in bed doing some work and was forced to put on headphones and blast music because it was far too loud and distracting to be doing work. My roommates? No, the wind outside. I have no idea how it’s this loud. If Egypt can’t build a decent windowpane, I don’t expect them to ever become an exporter of many finished goods. Just throwing that out there. The American University of Cairo is not pictured on the map; the new AUC campus sits about 40 minutes southeast of downtown Cairo.
