When should I book my travel? For hotel reservations, you can contact Patty anytime to secure the negotiated hotel group rate. A $100 deposit per room is required to hold your reservation. Final payment is not due until February 14, 2015. Check out Book It. For all the deets. How long are the bride and groom staying (what dates)? We will arrive early Saturday, May 2nd and will head back to the states Saturday, May 9th. What is the Preferred Club, and how can I learn more about it? Please see Book It.
