The Family Called Syvertsen: Last Bit of Gardening
http://syves.blogspot.com/2013/07/last-bit-of-gardening.html
The Family Called Syvertsen. Saturday, July 20, 2013. Last Bit of Gardening. So I got off to a very late start on the gardens this year. I had one more to do and just couldn't get to it. But as I watched my plants dying in their plastic containers, just waiting for their home, I decided to suck it up and get it done today. Next year, I will probably pull all the ivy-like stuff out and plant a wildflower bed. Next. Year. Posted by The Syvertsens. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Last Bit of Gardening.

Our Russian Love: July 2010
http://bringinghomeourrussianlove.blogspot.com/2010_07_01_archive.html
Bringing Our Daughter Home. Tuesday, July 6, 2010. The day we met our daughter! One year ago yesterday, we stood in a Russian orphanage and met our daughter. We were exhausted, nervous, anxious, and just plain out of sorts, but when they brought her trough the door none of that mattered. The baby home director said, ". Russian, Russian, Russian,. Mama y Papa,. Russian, Russian, Russian". One look into those inquisitive eyes and I knew she was the child God had prepared for us! God will bless you for it!

The Family Called Syvertsen: Grace Gives
http://syves.blogspot.com/2013/06/grace-gives.html
The Family Called Syvertsen. Wednesday, June 26, 2013. Our activity was handing out free potted plants to random strangers. We met up in a shopping center parking lot to get all the plants potted and then headed out to find people. The boys got really into it and it was fun to watch them interact with people. People were stunned that we didn't want donations, and were very intrigued by the church's vision. It was a very good experience for all four of us! Posted by The Syvertsens. Quote of the Day.

The Family Called Syvertsen: Praying for Friends who are Like Family
http://syves.blogspot.com/2013/07/praying-for-friends-who-are-like-family.html
The Family Called Syvertsen. Sunday, July 21, 2013. Praying for Friends who are Like Family. Words can't express how I miss those close friends we have in Prague. They were our families, our sanity, and our community there. I always say it's good to be blessed enough to have friends both here and there, but you always miss the ones you are away from. Pray for a quick and full recovery. And pray I can get back over to Prague this Fall. I really hate not being there with them. Posted by The Syvertsens.
