In the past few years I have been working on patient quality of life after pelvic exenteration surgery. In the same time I have gradually transitioned to using R for almost all my analysis. As part of the transitiion, I needed R code to score the quality of life instruments we used. I have now worked this into an R package called qolscorer, which is available at Github.
