Team OSO tIM byers. Sunday, March 31, 2013. Ok Week 31 was good. These first 12 weeks of my last 32 weeks is just a base building phase. Seems like a lot of work for just one race! But, its got to be done. I feel like i could and should be doing more but like the great Coach Wren says "Better to go into a race fit, not fatigued".
