Friday, January 2. 2009 a new year. and the whole world celebrates and parties. but at the stroke of midnight, i was in the shower. for me, i've always wondered, why are there so much buzz around the start of a new calender year? And i talked so many aunties and uncles into buying beer that i lost my voice 2 days before cny but had to continue working anyway. =X earned a cool 800 bucks for bout 3 weeks of work which pays 6.70 an hour - i got 20cent/hr more than other people (i believe i was the only one) cos my performance was good. haha as in, really. serious. =P. I was totally starstruck lah!

The world's a pack of fries. Saturday, August 30. Look what i've done! I enjoyed what my friend say is a "tai-tai" lifestyle today. Woke up, had breakfast, went for a swim, went grocery shopping (milk, cereal, yogurt), came home for lunch, read book, dozed off, woke up for dinner, watched tv, and here i am. it's 11.45pm. It's still two days away before i start work officially (until i retire! But treats like up to a certain amount per person should be fine by me. Talk about wish lists. i want to pamp...
