Combatting indifference to human rights violations in China. 一、 自由意志 概念的产生 奥古斯丁之问. 早在距今一千六百多年前的古罗马时期，奥古斯丁围绕 既然神创造了人，决定著一切，那么人如何有能力犯罪并应承受随之而来的罚 的问题作了深入的思考，指出人的 自由意志 可以让人有违背神的意志的能力，因此人有了 犯罪 的可能并必须承受其行为的不良结果 罚 但人也可以凭借回归于纯善的愿望 也是 自由意志 的体现 加上对神的无条件的信、否定自己头脑中恶的 自由意志 忏悔 而得到神的救赎而回归天国。 而 人有原罪 的事实本身就表明，人有 不愿意 服从的能力。 奥古斯丁找到的答案是 人在被创造之初就被赐予了一种能力 自由意志，也就是人可以产生不服从神的愿望而犯错，也可以在犯错后产生改变自己现有的错误思想，回归神的 道 的愿望，并有能力作出相应的选择。 可以说，没有 自由意志 的概念，人的 罪 的概念就不成立，人能背叛神而犯 罪 ，一定要以人有能力违背神的意志，既人的 自由意志 为前提的。
