My name is Gareth and I'm the developer behind Time for Bed. I am also a 33 year old Father of three bright, beautiful and lively children - Zahra (age 6), Luca (age 4), and Ava (18 months old). Let’s just say that trying to explain and reason with wide-awake children is not easy and it doesn’t always work. Soothing sounds and lullabies to help children go to sleep.
