Thursday, July 28, 2011. 1/4 cup vegetable oil. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/3 cup brown sugar. 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder. 1/4 teaspoon baking soda. 3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour. 3 tablespoons butter; melted. 1 cup confectioners’ sugar; sifted. 2 tablespoons hot water. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line 12 muffin cups with muffin liners or spray with nonstick cooking spray. Muffins will keep at room temperature for about a day. Links to this post.

Tuesday, November 23, 2010. 12 small mason jars (I used half-pint wide mouth jars). 1 1/2 cups finely crushed graham crackers (I ended up using about 1. 1/2 packages of graham crackers and crushed them in my food processor). 6 Tablespoons melted butter. Mix these together well, then press into the small mason jars with. Your fingers, and chill in the fridge. I did not cook this crust. 1 cup pumpkin (pureed). 2 cups cold milk. 2 boxes of instant vanilla pudding (3.5 oz. size). 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice.

Thursday, October 31, 2013. Caramel Apple Dipping Bar. Mmmmmmm. Love Caramel Apples. They are the epitome of Halloween for me. I find that I crave them at least once every season. if not more. My kids love them too. especially now that they don't have their braces on anymore. You can use skewers to pierce the apple before dipping or just use your fingers. 最初、スケッチを用意した方がいいかな。。。と思っていたのですが、すぐに止めました。大人にはできないのよね～。羨ましい～。沖縄へ。。。（四日目）. 沖縄へ。。。（三日目）. 17時くらいまでで閉店のお店が多いことに気が付き、急きょネットで調べて「名譲曲レストラン」へ。沖縄へ。。。（二日目）. たくさんの魚にびっくり。サンゴの上で餌をまくと、たくさんの魚が寄ってきて触れるほど。お昼は高台から海が臨める「cafe土花土花」で。蛇を首に巻いちゃったり・・・. 青い秘宝「ちゅらダ～マ」を探しに出発！それぞれ色んな願いを込めて拾い上げていました。願いが叶うといいね。。。沖縄へ。。。（一日目）. レンタカーを借りてすぐ、お昼は地元の方にも人気の大衆食堂「高良食堂」. チーズやアボカドも無し。お肉はひき肉ではなく豚テキが乗ってる感じ。ソースは辛いけどサルサソースではない。お店独自のソースなのかな。このタコライスにプラスたっぷり一人前はある、ソーキそば。付け合せにお刺身と漬物。宿泊先のホテルへ向かう途中、なかゆくい市場　おんなの駅.
