Thursday, October 3, 2013. Sping is here, but so to are the winds. Cayenne Pepper and Tagastaste seedlings. Snow peas needing to be tied up again, kale and cellary. Supposed to be cuttings but still waiting for them to do something. Raspberry plants about to flower. Blackberry about to flower. Has suffered a bit in the latest windy weather. Plum tree is going well with all grafts growing. Not sure whether the shoot is from the graft. Or the root stock but for now it can stay. Newly planted lime tree.

A journey through the journeys of my life. Thursday, December 20, 2007. This pic above is going to be the image I have of Garland Ranch! I have a mental picture of it! At the end of a long, hard first quarter at Stanford, it was finally time for some fun! Being PIGS (aka Poor Indian Grad Students), we didn't have any commute and so Stanford Outing it was! This time, we headed south from Stanford and hiked at Garland Ranch park near Monterey. The steep incline at mid-day. Stopping for lunch/ relaxing.
