As a semi-professional photographer, I would like to carry my full equipment with me, therewith I won’t miss something in an essential moment. Had a lot of bad luck with the weather at Mount Taranaki and New Plymouth, so I went to the South Island to feel my first earthquake and do the Abel Tasman Coast Track with a broken Tamron 24-70mm lens on the first day. Da ich davor nur mit einem Synthetikschlafsack oder einem recht großen, klobigen und schon in die Tage gekommenen Daunenschlafsack unterwegs war, musste mal ein neuer her. Die Wahl fiel letztendlich auf den Mountain Equipment Xero 350, der dann auch eine Woche vor Abfahrt seinen Weg zu mir fand. 350g Gänsedaune: 750 cuin; Mischverhältnis 93/7.
