Wednesday, June 27, 2012. I haven't been able to wear my wedding ring since my youngest was six months old. My goal is to get this back on before any other goals! Because there are technically three bands it makes it a smaller fit. Well I have tried to but haven't even been able to wear just my engagement band. until today! June 27, 2012 at 10:58 PM. Saturday, August 27, 2011. Weekly Wrap Up Week 3. This last week has been hard for me. I have been struggling with some things emotionally and now am on the right road to changing that. I think it is important to remember that though physical heath is truly important so is Mental/Emotional and most of all Spiritual. You have to improve in all areas in order to achieve full happiness. I LOST 2.8lbs this week and look forward to continuing on this journey. Friday, August 26, 2011. 1/2 grapefruit or juice.

Tuesday, June 26, 2012. Week Two Wrap Up. This last week I wasn't as strict as I could be so I was a little hesitant to step on that scale this morning.Well, to my surprise I am down another 3lbs for a total of 8.7lbs! This just teaches me to trust in myself. even though I wasn't being completely strict I still tried to incorporate my already set rules and make healthier choices when possible. Tuesday, July 17, 2012. Week 5 Wrap Up. I have been sick over the last few days so I was not looking forward to getting on the scale this morning. I have been tired lately and my whole system is jacked. Well I didnt lose the three pounds I wanted to lose but I did lose one. Which is better than a gain in my book. My goal for the next week is simple shake this blah feeling and get back into routine. Hopefully my system will regroup itself and I wont feel like crap much longer! We're All In It Together.

Tuesday, June 19, 2012. Week One Wrap Up. This week I did pretty good. there was some back sliding but every day is a new day. I realized I love the taste of food haha I lost a total of 5.7lbs in the last week and a half! Downs: Stress, loving to bake, and the heat.
