Friday, April 27, 2012. Spencer got a hit. At last night baseball game Spencer struck out, got walked, and got a hit to first base. It was an awesome night. He did great. Way to go Spencer! Monday, August 29, 2011. TRex's First Day of School. TRex had his first day of school today. He wore his new favorite footwear. We went to meet his new teacher last week and it turns out she cycles with Matt so TRex already thinks she's super cool. He said he had a good first day. He was very worried about the fact that he had extra food left over and that's all he would discuss with mom. Dad got more out of him and even got to see the alien that TRex drew. He looks so handsome! I love his boots.

Tuesday, July 06, 2010. Jan and Mike sent us off to spend a few days at their place in Copper Mountain. It was absolutely amazing! We had a ton o'fun. It snowed for the first couple days we were there. T-Rex was convinced it was Christmas. We spent one day in Leadville. At the National Mining Hall of Fame. I don't know what L-Max is doing here but its cute. The boys loved the museum. The boys are always up for a good model train. This is a 1923 Wills Sainte. Claire so of course I had to have a picture.

Monday, July 4, 2011. Scott blessed Elle on Sunday, July 3. We had a great weekend hanging out with our family. Tori's Parents and sisters came for the blessing. Many of our friends were there as well. We have such great friends and family. We are so grateful for them. The sweater that Elle wore for the blessing was made by Scott's mom, aka Nana/Mother/Colleen. Elle looked so cute. I am so sad we missed it! She is so beautiful in her little dress. So precious! Wednesday, October 27, 2010. Mica at his best. Today on the way home from school I told Mica to call his dad. The conversation went something like this. Scott: How was school? Mica: Pretty good. We did a lot of worksheets because we had a substitute, and then we watched a movie. Scott: What movie did you watch? Mica: It was about a girl that couldn't see or hear that tried to cut peoples mouths. Scott/Tori (at the same time): You mean Helen Keller? Mica: Ya, how did you know? Wait she is in that song.

Tuesday, May 12, 2009. All in a days work. This happened a few weeks ago, and I am finally getting back to our family blog. This also means that it is midnight, everyone has long gone to bed, and I am feeling guilty for not posting some of the funny stuff happening. That should be the end of the story, but it gets better. Remember the grasshoppers? Yep, I had 15 baby grasshoppers in my car. I hope they have all died. However, there are probably enough crumbs in my car to keep them alive.
