General Tso’s sea bass. When you visit Montauk you either go there to party, for the beach, or to fish. There’s really not that much more there to do. If you catch a fish, unless you live near by, you really have no place to go and prepare it. People that catch fish normally either sell it, give it away, or bring it to Wok N’ Roll. For the fish marinade. 3 tbsp Chinese rice wine or dry sherry. 1 tbsp dark soy sauce. 1 tbsp vegetable oil. 1/4 cup corn starch. General Tso’s sauce. 2 tbsp granulated sugar.
