Sunday, April 18, 2010. Ethan Chuck E Cheese Birthday. I can't believe I have a BIG "5" Year Old! Here's a few pics from our celebration at Chuck E Cheese. (Which, by the way, is a place that my kids love, but I literally have to pray before going into! Something about all the noise and all the kid chaos almost sends me over the edge! Thursday, October 29, 2009. Every year I buy Ethan a costume to wear to our church's Fall Festival and every year he gets there and doesn't want to wear it! I don't fight him on it at all.it just cracks me up! He has had fun wearing his costume around the house though, so at least we're getting some use out of it! Annaliese likes to try it on too! Thursday, June 4, 2009. Roadtrip to Mimi and Papa's. We recently took a trip to my Mimi and Papa's house in Arizona. We decided to drive rather than fly so we could take our time and stop when we needed to stop. I thought it would be less stressful than flying with the kids, and boy was I.RIGHT! The kids did amazing both on the way there and the way back! This trip confirmed that I love road trips! Here's Ethan trying out the neck pillow in our rented Minivan. It's the first hotel stay that he remembers.
