The Van Dalens on the Hill. Saturday, January 15, 2011. Mommy to be at 25 weeks! Being pregnant she forgot to take just a belly shot but hey at least she took some! The Van Dalens on the Hill. Tuesday, February 8, 2011. Well week 5 has finally arrived! We finished our last final this morning and get 3 days to sleep, pack, and get ready to go! We had a Commissioning (farewell, send off) thing yesterday which was simple but still really good! It was open to students, professors, etc and we just said a little about our team, MEDRIX, and they said prayers for us :). Bethany Green and I :). Thanks for all your support and prayers! The Van Dalens on the Hill. Sunday, October 24, 2010. Prayer request: no more rain. I don't know how well Seattle is going to comply with this but hopefully the rain holds off this week and we don't have torrential downpour like its predicted. Last year we learned one downside of our beautiful 100 year old house: when it rains it flows into my room. This year is no different, except that its already starting in October. For now, the laundry and humidifier keep going. Such a treat after long 8 hr shift :).
