Mommy Made: The Fabric "Pom" Pen
http://abjmommymade2012.blogspot.com/2012/01/fabric-pom-pen.html
A mothers attempt at getting Crafty! Sunday, January 15, 2012. The Fabric "Pom" Pen. I found a tutorial for these fabric pens (listed below) and fell in love! Originally I made about 60 of these for all the nurses I work with for Christmas. I used some Christmas fabric and they were so cute! Now its time for a little sewing. I am in no way what-so-ever a skilled seamstress but this I could do! All you do is put a running stitch along the creased side of your fabric. I did this by hand because me and ...

Mommy Made: This Old Window
http://abjmommymade2012.blogspot.com/2012/01/this-old-window.html
A mothers attempt at getting Crafty! Tuesday, January 17, 2012. I love, love, love this project! It was aged and old and PERFECT! So I quickly decided I would NOT be painting! Instead I removed the old fixtures and hardware from my beloved window and did a little sanding. Then a nice rub down with a wet cloth and some intensive window cleaning (although the glass still has that aged appearance, which I adore) and she was ready to go. Its kind of ridiculous how easy this project was! I loved this one too!

http://abjmommymade2012.blogspot.com/2012/03/pinch-me.html
A mothers attempt at getting Crafty! Thursday, March 1, 2012. At our house we try to do our holiday finger paintings a bit early. That way they can sit on display in the living room for a while! So me and the boys got ready for St Patricks day with some Leprechaun Handprints! Now bring in the kiddos! Couldn't resist adding a sweet picture of each of my babies. It was impossible to get one of them in action because paint was everywhere! But here they are having their post painting lunch! The Fabric "Pom" ...

A mothers attempt at getting Crafty! Thursday, February 9, 2012. It All Comes Out In The Wash. I have watched The Duggar's on tv (TLC) for a while now and love them! I found a great blog with wonderful instructions (linked below) and decided to go for it. This recipe just so happens to be the same one that The Duggar's use (just a smaller batch). You are going to need the following:. 1/2 Arm and Hammer Washing Soda. 1/3 bar of Fels-Naptha (or Ivory 1/2 bar) Soap. Something to store your detergent in.

A mothers attempt at getting Crafty! Thursday, March 8, 2012. Chicken Wire.Who Knew. One of my new favorite things, or two new favorite things, are chicken wire and old wood! I had my husband pull some planks of old wood off of a house that he is remodeling and then the fantastic man that he is cut the wood down and made frames! He also is the one responsible for grabbing some chicken wire for me! So with my "new" products I decided to make myself a jewelry holder for my bathroom wall! All you need is:.
