More Fun Than a Standardized Test. Thursday, March 29, 2007. Enrichment tonight was a success! Due in part to my magical planning skills. I suggested that we have pizza. and Bre's magical texting skills. She got the word out and there were 20-25 girls who showed up. Yes, I did buy Diet Coke and brought it to a church activity and yes there was a questionable discussion at the end but other than that it was all on the up and up. Wednesday, March 28, 2007. I guess I've seen people make worse mistakes.

My food storage plan is sitting on that rock in our back yard. Isn't she beautiful? Heaven, I'm in heaven, and my food storage has all the leaven it can hold. The Olympic games are over and I'm standing on the podium with my gold. Go ahead - knock yourself our for the silver and the bronze. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Priscilla and Ken Hutchins.

The Tablet: January 2008

Monday, January 21, 2008. Houston, we have a wee wee problem". Reverting to childhood impulses I bought a Wi a couple of weeks ago. Since then my vocabulary has morphed into simultaneous uses of sound alike words. My psychiatrist said if I just wrote down some of my thoughts, kind of verbalizing them - it would make me feel better. We: (pronoun: used by and with reference to more than one person or associated person). Wee: (adjective: little; very small). Wee: (verb: to go [hopefully] in the toilet).

Friday, January 8, 2010. Guest posting by Becky who has been officially replaced as youngest girl in the family line-up). Meet the proud Mother. And her NEW daughter, Gracie. She's a 9 weeks old Corgi. She's a feisty, holds her own, sheep herding kind of gal. Any volunteers to bring dinner to this brand new mother? She'll need all the help she can get because she'll be busy chasing, training, playing, feeding and nurturing her furry new sidekick. Tuesday, January 5, 2010. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Wednesday, February 3, 2010. IT'S A DOGS LIFE. This is "Gracie" the wonder dog waiting for a call to duty. Occasionally she wakes long enough to eat, steal socks, and chase Sofie. These are the best action shots I could get. Why I love New England. When it is cold and snowing on the outside and I'm warm and cuddly on the inside. That is the best. And when mom is waiting for me on the inside. That is even better. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Priscilla and Ken Hutchins. Come fly with us. ITS A DOGS LIFE.

Rebecca's Blog: Architecture Snobs
http://rebeccapletsch.blogspot.com/2014/04/architecture-snobs.html
More Fun Than a Standardized Test. Tuesday, April 22, 2014. My younger brother and I are a bit snobbish when it comes to architecture. We have both studied classical architecture, what makes great buildings great, things like line, proportion, symmetry. The other day we were watching HGTV. Brother: "Ugh, they are putting a curved sidewalk in their backyard.". Me: "Might as well throw a hand grenade in your backyard.". Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). More Fun Than a Standardized Test. Friday, June 28, 2013. The Streets Are No Longer Safe. I've noticed a troubling trend on my neighborhood streets of late. It's this: kids are putting their basketball hoops in the streets, and playing basketball in the middle of the road. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). The Streets Are No Longer Safe. More Fun Than a Standardized Test. Friday, June 28, 2013. My little brother Aaron had a bunch of friends over at my parent's house tonight. I was like, "this is so cute they are like having a meeting or something." One of them was talking about how they needed to get a group together and go to the city. I was sitting there trying to figure out when Aaron had become so politically minded when I realized they were playing Dungeons and Dragons. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Rebecca's Blog: Croissants
http://rebeccapletsch.blogspot.com/2013/08/croissants.html
More Fun Than a Standardized Test. Monday, August 05, 2013. The other week I was showing Jen's Mom how to make croissants. She was telling me that with her old recipe about half the time they would work and the other half they wouldn't. I wanted to tell her the secret ingredient is love, but it's not. It's obsessive compulsive disorder. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Liz's (aka my fashionista little sister). Mary's (she finally has a forum to contradict everything I say about her).
