Asparagus Orzo with Truffle Butter. 1 ½ cups orzo. 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil. 3 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced. 189; cup heavy cream. 1 tbsp unsalted butter. 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese. 1 tbsp grated pecorino Romano cheese. 2 tbsp black truffle butter (you can make it without the truffle butter). 1 tsp cracked black pepper.
