Tina's Cheesy Hash-brown Casserole. 1 - 1 pound bag of frozen hash-browns thawed. 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. 1 can cream of chicken soup. 1 tsp seasoned salt. 1/2 cup melted butter. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Pour and press into 9 x 13 lightly greased pan. Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown on top. Good for breakfast or with dinner! Tuesday, July 20, 2010. 3/4 cup chopped bacon.
