A healthier lifestyle One Choice at a Time by Amy Brown. My Mission and About Me. So I type this as I walk in circles at my house to atleast get to 10k today. Was a pretty good food day. Crazy busy all over with kids after work today no gym time. Today was a rest day. 🙂 350 more steps yeah! Food all logged and 1475 today. Here is a yummy salad I had today. Yeah 40 more steps sorry for the lack of combining my pics but I am tired zzzzzzzz. Yeah I made it nite nite. Day 1 Week 1 weigh-in.

We were both up and ready to go so we decided to go a little early for some treadmill time. I brought my chocolate PB2 protein shake made with almond milk. This morning I was out of PB2 so I decided to put a full scoop of chocolate protein powder with my almond milk. Then a little later I also had a banana.
