My body is responding to the change up in my training this week and its exciting, i have enjoyed seeing my body change and my mini muscles grow. Still 6 weeks to tighten up and come in leaner then before for nationals but add another 5 weeks on top of that for Olympia! I’m excited to see what is to come!
