Wednesday, April 27, 2011. Pain is weakness leaving the body. or an injury. I'm beyond frustrated, that's all there is to say. I've enjoyed the changes that I've seen and felt since starting on this adventure. I love that I no longer cringe when I think of working out but I look forward to it.
