Tinkers Bubble - Apple products. At Tinkers Bubble we maintain 5 acres of orchards; a diverse range of mature trees that were mostly planted in the 1930s. As well as habitat biodiversity, this provides us with bountiful organic apples for products such as apple juice and raw cider vinegar. Our hand crafted organic apple juice is pressed by hand and pasteurised using a wood-fired pasteurising station. We produce 3 varieties of juice:. Russet and Bramley (sweet). Cox and Bramley (medium).

Tinkers Bubble - Timber. Tinkers Bubble produce sustainable sawn timber:. We fell the trees using crosscut saws and felling axes. Logs are extracted using horses. The logs are milled in our wood-fired steam engine powered sawmill. Timber is available to order, up to 16' in length. 12 / cu foot. Waney edged boards 6 / sq yard.

Come and join us for kids games and pony rides, working steam powered saw mill demonstration (11- 12am), tours, apple pressing, delicious tea, cakes and savoury snacks, bountiful raffle prize and live music. Please keep all dogs on leads and if driving please park on Ham Hill and walk down. For directions, see Getting Here. Coppicing Weekend - 25-27 November 2016. There is no charge - these are volunteer weekends. All meals are provided.
