Miss Healthypants: Out of Place
http://misshealthypants.blogspot.com/2011/04/out-of-place.html
Technically wine is healthy, right? Wednesday, April 20, 2011. At my job, I am very organized and efficient. If a task needs to get done quickly and accurately, I am often called upon to complete said task…and if asked, I am usually able to find needed documents or files at a moment’s notice. Not so much at home. I just don’t really care too much about being neat and organized at home. 8221; It’s that simple. And it really drives Iwanski crazy. 8212;whatever)…it works for me. So today, while working late...

Miss Healthypants: November 2011
http://misshealthypants.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html
Technically wine is healthy, right? Saturday, November 26, 2011. Wow, I haven’t written on this blog in quite a while. Oh well, there’s no time like the present! I just wanted to make an observation about Thanksgiving dinner – and eating, in general. Before my husband’s heart surgery last year, both he and I used to eat pretty much whatever unhealthy food we wanted (except that I would make myself eat veggies every day, at least). Fried chicken with the skin on it? But of course, because splurge days are...

Miss Healthypants: Dukin' It Out
http://misshealthypants.blogspot.com/2011/04/dukin-it-out.html
Technically wine is healthy, right? Wednesday, April 13, 2011. I know, I know, I haven’t blogged in so very long…and you know what? The longer I’ve been away from it, the harder it is to start up again. It’s like I feel like I have to write something really profound or something. But no. I am about to write about some absolutely meaningless crap. I hope you enjoy it! Well, a very simple solution came from our very simple eight-year-old minds – we would be…Daisy One and Daisy Two! Miss Healthypants: December 2010
http://misshealthypants.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
Technically wine is healthy, right? Thursday, December 30, 2010. And now the healing process begins.thank you all for your prayers and positive thoughts! I will post more as soon as I am feeling a little more energetic. Happy New Year to all! Friday, December 24, 2010. Quick Update to My Blog Buddies. My husband, my beloved Iwanski had a "mild" heart attack and ended up having a quadruple bypass surgery this morning. It's been rough. It's been tiring. It's been scary. But he's doing really well! As usual...

Miss Healthypants: August 2011
http://misshealthypants.blogspot.com/2011_08_01_archive.html
Technically wine is healthy, right? Monday, August 22, 2011. Real Housedogs of Suburbia. A long walk to North Avenue Beach tonight, amongst the shimmering lights of Chitown, reminded me once again how happy I am to be home in my city. But Lordy, oh Lordy did I miss my city. And I missed my cats. Yes, I missed the little pukesters – no, I did not miss their twice-weekly bouts of vomiting, but I did miss them and their quiet, unassuming ways. I cringe just thinking about it. And maybe it’s just me, b...

Miss Healthypants: March 2011
http://misshealthypants.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
Technically wine is healthy, right? Monday, March 14, 2011. Inspiration (or Lack Thereof). I am officially Miss Healthypants. I’m down 15 pounds, and after a recent Treadmill Stress Test and blood test, I can confirm that I am indeed healthy. Check Good cholesterol levels? Check Good calcium levels, iron levels, and all other associated “levels”? Oh yeah, he’s healthy, too. He’s down almost 40 pounds, and doing just fantastic. We’re just a couple of healthypantses. What do I want to be when I grow up?

Say Cheese: March 2011
http://anna-lizzie.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
A shutterbug's view of life in dairyland. Thursday, March 24, 2011. I haven't been very good about posting to my blog lately. 1 Well Dash had a fun day today. We forgot to put up the gates that secure him only to the living room. Low and beyond I came home to find him upstairs in the guest bedroom IN the bed. Not just on the bed but cuddled up in it! 2 Just when I thought spring had sprung it crept back into its hole and out popped winter again with sleet and a low of 17. Yuck! Thursday, March 17, 2011.

Say Cheese: September 2011
http://anna-lizzie.blogspot.com/2011_09_01_archive.html
A shutterbug's view of life in dairyland. Tuesday, September 27, 2011. Wow, it seems that overnight the trees started to change colors. There are little hints of red and yellow here and there and the weather is really nice. A nice chill to the air at night and then around 65-70 during the day. Swollen and limping for several days he is back to normal now. We are about to start another bathroom project. The guest bathroom upstairs, so stayed tuned for pictures. Friday, September 9, 2011. On Sunday we went...

Say Cheese: A taste of San Francisco
http://anna-lizzie.blogspot.com/2011/09/taste-of-san-francisco.html
A shutterbug's view of life in dairyland. Friday, September 9, 2011. A taste of San Francisco. With all the talk of Hawaii I almost forgot about our little weekend getaway that we had planned several months ago. Not two weeks after we returned from Hawaii we set out on another journey. Jimmy was invited to be a guest speaker at a few events in the Bay area so I decided to come along. I have never even been to Cali so I was quite excited. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Photo of the day. The last few ...

Are you talking?: Dog Days of Autumn...
http://areyoutalking.blogspot.com/2008/10/dog-days-of-autumn.html
Saturday, October 25, 2008. Dog Days of Autumn. We finally got a chance to take Oscar and Nacho to a dog park today. The drive was about 45 minutes, but it was worth it just to get them some exercise. . Nacho made friends (some were a bit TOO friendly.). Then he tried to cloak himself in the scents that all his new friends left on the ground. We brought Oscar a tennis ball, and he was the star of the park. We had to make him take breaks, because he was playing so hard. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
