The staff are lovely and nothing is ever too much trouble. The quality of service is superb, I cannot think of anything needed to improve it.it's nice to know that the staff know everything about all of the children especially medically, illness etc. Always provide an excellent service, always willing to help if I need to change days because of doing shift work. Tinks accepts children from birth onwards. The children are separated into age groups, each group with its own special staff, environment and range of activities. Our staff will care for your baby or very young child on an individual basis, taking into account your child's own sleeping patterns. Please ensure full medical details have been given to staff prior to commencement. If a child has a high temperature, sickness and diarrhoea and/or is obviously unwell, then staff should speak to the Nursery Manager, and the child's parent should be contacted. The parent/guardian book should also be completed. Exclusion periods for communicable diseases are as follows:. 5 days after appearance of rash. Until blisters have all crusted and at least 7-10 days. 5 days from onset of swelling.
