I started my day off with breakfast. It didn’t consist of much. I had an orange, and a glass of water. Sadly, this is more than I usually eat. But I felt a little better through the day. For dinner, I had a salad with Italian dressing (a little oil and basalmic sauce), and a glass of water to drink.
