With charming traditional pubs, restaurants. A perfect ‘home’ to plan a myriad of Wye Valley and Forest of Dean. Day trips, walks, cycling, canoeing. Tintern also hosts a beautiful meandering river which does something unusual, it flows in both directions. It's true, it is tidal and until you see it it is hard to imagine.
